I usually just watch the narrated versions of your videos, but seeing (and more importantly, hearing) this one made me realize I've been trimming my work when it's still far too wet. The sound of the dish being placed on the wheel clarified a lot for me. Thank you!

Why does he empty the kiln from the bottom first? Seems like a risky strategy to risk accidentally knocking the supports.
