I test rode the Tracer 9 GT and loved it so am going to order a standard T9 in January. Im 5’8” and tend to slide back in the seat and get abit prone on all my bikes, whenever I hit a dual carriageway or motorway so I found the standard screen quite quiet. I like that vario screen tho, because it gives you that extra adjustment up, when you’ve got a long motorway journey………..looks pretty good too! Cheers Alin for the info……..I just subscribed!

Thanks for the review! I just installed mine, and it is the best upgrade possible. I am 178cm. No buffeting comparing to stock screen, no wind hits in shoulderds, more relax to ride, even on highway speeds like 150-160kmh. Bike is a bit more stable on high speeds.

I have the mra vario, too. It is very good, but i like the puig vario more. Because i am 187cm. For people under 180cm i would always choose the mra. It looks cooler and has the thicker and better plastic. Thx Alin!

Hi Alin great video I tried the ermax sport and the mra touring without the vario bit at the top. In the end I like the original best but the ermax looks the best. I have to get the vario bit and try my mra touring screen again. On another point about the bikes tachometer you have the colour turned off. Off you say but it’s green and red. Aye but with colour mode on it goes from white to green to yellow than red and it does it rpm wise exactly where you want it. Let me know if you didn’t know this. I rode my bike for 1300 miles before I figured it out.

One question - did you use the screws that came with the MRA screen or the screws that were holding the original screen? I just got the MRA touring screen and I'm not sure how to properly install it with all the washers and the O-rings.

Hi Alin, nive videos mate
Since this year, after waiting long, I am owner of red standard tracer 9.
Use it for commuting mostly....25-30kmn single travel.
I am 180cm and do not like standard screen on highway.
Would you reccommend the MRA sports or the MRA vario screen?
For wet conditions I do not like to look through the in Netherlands and we drive compact in rush hours...get a lot of spray on me..
