I've 8.5 version but I can't see session manager

Ok, first things first.
How do you enable the session manager in the first place????
I just reimaged my PC, reinstalled SCRT and its gone. Only have the Connect and Quickconnect windows, cannot find a way to bring the session manager back
Also, this information is not available in the entirety of Google :D
