Can I just say that you are amazing! I so heavily look up to you! I live in Australia and it is nice to see that it is possible to survive in engineering here (with limited shipping and limited product option too) lol! Love these machines and definitely want one at some point! Thanks for being soo cool!

This is cool and all, but I just love seeing your PC humming along beautifully on your desk. What an epic work of art that thing is. Cheers

RE: Leather fibres on edges at 9:00, as a hobbyist leathercrafter. Typically my cuts by hand with an Xacto knife would not have this issue, nor would cut-outs with a punch, as you're cutting through the entire piece thickness in one clean pass. For circles, you're better off with an appropriately-sized punch. For your longer cuts, you're probably best off trimming them off carefully by hand. You might also be able to carefully singe them away with a lighter.

Edges are usually finished one way or another. This looks better and seals the edge. After the cut, you would sand them with a few grits and either burnish (veg tan only - slicking them with water, gum tragacanth or preferably Tokinole and rubbing with wood until smooth) or use an edge paint (sand the edge flat, apply a layer or edge paint, sand, repeat).

Amazing video, i am doing lots of research into this machine and the Cricut maker 3. Would love to see a direct side by side breakdown of the two!

I had the same issue on 7:13, I was able to use it tho and all I had to do was to press a little hard until you hear a click.

Great video, thank you ! I’m just getting my M1 Ultra, could I trick it to cut acrylic, by using a white/clear acrylic but put a blue/green masking tape on top ?

You mentioned "You only need to learn one piece of software", i just have concerns about support down the line. If xtool just up and stops existing what then? I've just been burned by way too many things just not working because the company either ended support or stopped existing.

You should have tried to print twice with the ink on the same item to see if it would have made them look better.
