iPhone 5 is still nice and usable even in 2017. I have the 5C. Maybe it’s not for hardcore gaming, but for usual day-to-day tasks. :) it is impressive. I hope the 7 will be the same... :)

My mom has an Iphone 5. And I feel bad for her. If I could get my own phone myself I could give her this Iphone 6, after I get my own phone. I hope the update still is going on the phones. It’s also pretty secure bc my dad has an Iphone 6 aswell so yeah. I got this phone from my dad. I’m very thankful. But my mom really needs a better phone...

Interesting, iPhone did really make the phone really slow and almost unusable on the last update for iPhone 4. My dad still uses it. Severe lag and stutters even in phone's native apps lilke Map and Appstore. I don't know but in some rich countries people buy new phones just because there will be no more updates. A phone's longevity is really important.
