Simpsons was during a time where they hired awesome voice actors for having awesome voices, not just for having a recognizable name. She is pure talent! She definitely made an important mark on a lot of people's lives, everyone loves the Simpsons

This is the beginning of what I've feared for the past several years. The Simpsons has lasted longer than any other series of its kind and that record will never be broken, but even voice actors will eventually get old and either retire or pass away. After four decades it's really time for the show to end before they lose any more of the core cast members. I suspect they're shooting for an even 40 years but Harry Shearer is 81 and Julie Kavner is 74, the rest are all early to late 60s. The show and its imprint on pop culture are immortal but the actors are not, so let's bring it in for a landing and celebrate what was accomplished

The Simpsons is part of all our childhoods on t.v. mind you back in the late 80's & 90's, there was no wifi or cellphones, outisde was the real joy & love, when it was time to go home for the night, we hoped to watch the Simpsons on TV. ❤ Thank you Pamela Hayden! We will all miss you, Milhouse. 35 years! Amazing.

Not only is she a great voice actress, but goes out of her way to help other young women and young people going through the same thing she did to provide guidance so they don’t end up in prison. Just such an endearing person. I know she’s gonna be doing great things in her retirement.
