It is very common and in almost every corner you can see. It is probably one of the healthiest street food too!

4-5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp or more salt
2 cups stock from the chicken
1 cup hot water

Ingredients Tomato Pasta Soup (Domatesli Şehriye Çorbası)
4 tbsp olive oil

I served both of these recipes tonight and my family LOVED them!! I sometimes make a similar chicken and rice dish on busy nights; I use seasoned yellow rice, black beans, and shredded chicken. I also wanted to tell you... we've tried about a dozen of your recipes now, and each one has been delicious!! I look forward to cooking more of your dishes! ^_^

In Pakistan many people drink "Ayran" but in Pakistan it is called "Lassi". And it is known as traditional drink.😊

The pilaf looks like the ultimate comfort food. Thanks for showing us the packaged goods. When I was in Turkey I really wanted to know what was in the packages. It was nice to hear the call to prayer. Thanks for another excellent video.

I very much enjoy watching Aysenur's (sp) videos. Her unorthodox approach and style is a breath of fresh air. Extremely well prepared and presented.

I have been seeing a lot of vloggers trying this Pilav and kept wondering how it would taste. I did have an idea that they cook it in the fresh chicken broth... glad you shared the recipe... It is going to be a comfort food this winter, will try it one of the weekends. I saw some porcelain crockery in the last few minutes of the video. Would be wonderful if you can cover that bazaar area in your next video :)
