It's interesting that both of Shane's greatest works, Puppet History and the Hot Daga, both involve traveling back in time to right wrongs and/or inadvertently messing up the timeline with shenanigans. I demand that the resolution to this situation is a crossover. Ryan recruits the crew of the Starship Minestrone to save the Professor.

mini theory that i have not checked in any way: the “complex victory algorithm” that the professor keeps mentioning isnt based off of the jellybeans, its based off of how enthusiastic the competitors are

something i haven't seen anyone mention at all is that in the Olga of Kiev episode, the professor mentions he has a DIRECT PHONE LINE to God- Selorm even picks it up and calls him right then. Ryan comments he'd rather not talk to him at the moment. IF Ryan is going to be the one to fix this, that seems like a pretty viable method. (Also how did he get God's number?)

I actually want to correct something about the Devil, he had a very brief appearance in the Affair of the Poisons. When the Professor was talking about the the king's mistress and her black masses, he does pop up when he says "That funny guy we all know and love, Satan!"
