Your commitment to all of these topics is appreciated. Council tax in Wiltshire specifically is a problem, they are one of the few councils not going bankrupt like many others and they will use all sorts of manipulation to get you to pay. They ignore notices and just basically do as they wish. The jobsworth in charge of that department is Paul Southway.

Hi stan, your knowledge is top drawer, followed you for a long time, which needs to be out there, however no one, with no diss will go out of there comfort zone to assist, its always left to some one else, I know i could work out a geographical project that is worthy to your limited time and mass audiences for each venue, give me a thumbs up & ill address it, ,
