An effective warm-up routine is essential for every guitarist. It helps prevent injuries while also bringing your fingers up to speed so you can play at your best.

This video is part of the Guitar Yoga Level 2 series. Level 2 builds on the foundation already laid in Level 1. Master the location of all the "natural" notes, alternate picking, legato, triads etc. - all presented in a step-by-step fashion. The culmination is a ca. 15 minute session where all the key exercises and techniques are combined into ONE highly effective warm-up routine. Thanks to the musical playback the exercises are fun while at the same time they help integrating these key skills into your guitaristic toolbox.
