I want to launch a FBM product in the USA using the stock of a supplier in the USA.

1. My packing box is already in the supplier's warehouse, closed and ready to be shipped.
I cannot add my logo on the packing. Is it a problem?
2. I can't add the UPC or ASIN labels on the packing.
Since Amazon will not see the product and the customer does not care about the labels, do I have to put a label?
3. How do I get the refunds? Does the customer contact me directly or does he go through Amz?
4. Is the package sent directly to Amazon or do I have to send it back to the supplier's warehouse?
