Throw Mode! ArduCopter 5' Freestyle Drone FPV

I got my friend Jason hooked on ArduPilot.

Check out his 5" freestyle drone that has ArduCopter firmware on it.
Frame: One Source v4
FC: Matek H743 Slim
ESC: Mamba 55A

That feel when you throw it but forgot to plug the battery first.

You can do the same exact thing with betaflight you just set arming angle to 180 put it in angle mode throw it in the air and hit the arm switch.

My question is even with angle mode how does it hover in place like that? I figured GPS enabling wouldn’t even do that.
