Chapter 15 verse 29

When I have shaped him and breathed into him of My Spirit, then fall down and prostrate before him.

Allahs spirit is within us and this is in the Quran.

People who don’t believe in what he is saying are the ones who need to physically see Allah. Allahs spirit within us cannot be seen by the physical eyes but witnessed with intuition and feeling. It’s all in the heart.
