I live in the states. When I was 16, a friend of mine’s father killed her in an honor killing. I tried to get her to come to my home prior but she feared that would put us in danger. I promised she would be ok with us. She thought he wldnt actually kill her but only beat her bad. The reason she thought only a beating and not murder bc we lived in the US and he would goto jail of he killed her. If he went to jail then the family would be left with nothing but unfortunately she was wrong

To things that happen like this in reality I wished not only to the ones who raped but to the ones who call themselves family of the victim to suffer a very slow death or even be treated like she was treated to taste from the same medicine...for me even the people who live around them should suffer for occulting and stand by without doing nothing to suffer a similar situation or be punished.. but I believe somehow the universe has his ways of dealing with people who are like this..
