Married at First Sight heads back to Chicago for its 18th season, premiering Tuesday, October 15 at 8/7c, only on Lifetime. Ten singles looking for love will embark on a journey to meet the love of their lives, where they will marry a complete stranger at the altar, travel to their honeymoons and then move in together as husband and wife. After the 8-week social experiment concludes, each newlywed will have to decide if they want to continue to stay married and start a future together or get divorced and go their separate ways. This season features a mature cast with more twists and turns than ever before, including an explosive cheating scandal that leads to a couple swap, which is sure to leave viewers speechless.

Season 18 reunites Pastor Cal, Dr. Pepper and Dr. Pia, all returning as experts to provide the couples with professional advice and support as they navigate through their marriage.

Michelle won’t drop the fact how David lives at home!! I mean there are so many things to talk about, but she keeps circling back to the same thing. She seems a little crazy to me!!

Michelle certainly has things all figured out. Probably why she hasn’t been in a relationship for years. You can live in a multigenerational household without being a perpetual teenager. We’ve chosen multigenerational living and it has its challenges and rewards like everything else. Dedicated personal spaces, respect, privacy and self-reliance are key. Hubs and I (retired) provide full time childcare for the littlest kids (3 and 5), everyone else works full time, pitches in with cooking and cleaning the common areas, takes care of their own laundry, bills, vehicles, etc. But there’s always backup if someone has car trouble, needs errands run, etc. It works well for us. It’s not for everybody, and someone like Michelle just seems incapable of understanding any nuance at all. Too bad. I like David; he deserved someone that wasn’t a rigid martinet

Before the season officially started, I knew they were gonna have problems. I knew she was gonna have a problem with him. Not because of him living with his parents, but because of HER character.
I think he is a nice guy. he's willing to move and get out of his parents' house. Why is she focusing on the little things, get to know the man for who he is character wise.
I'm starting to wonder if she's in this for the right reasons.
