This is great advice. I've been usually beating myself up for failing in productivity and it was just leaving me more depressed and unmotivated. So it's a helpful advice to look at it from another perspective. Focus on what works and build it into a system.👍

Well for me that would be literally waking up at a good time and sleeping consistently to bad i can't do it no matter how hard i try i will fuck up my sleep schedule the max i hat it consistently was a week this goes in for years now shit sucks.

My mood is so much better when i do stuff at day time because of some sun light.

Oddly, it’s when I’m stressed and sleep-deprived that my focus and productivity are at their best. Maybe increased adrenaline and/or cortisol gives me a temporary energy boost?

There's a name for this. Positive deviance. Yes I like this. I excel when I sleep regularly 8 hours. That's my positive deviance for today. Sleep "on time".
