Oh gosh it is actually such an obvious dream sign for me. The ambient light is always weird for me in my dreams, something I noticed for as long as I've been alive. Definitely will do this

i do try focus on sharp ..just like a foto camera does... ..then when it works i some times get over excited ..like ..yes i dream..yess i know i dream... then check nr2 spinning or flying .. then im laughing myself wake up... ..oww now im awake.. errrr ..hihi
once iv seen my dream sky..so nice orange it was... ..well layd i wish you and all people sweet dreams 😊💕🌈

I’ve been doing the reality checks throughout all day for more than a month, and they still do not appear in my dream. I just get so involved in whatever is going on in the dream that I totally forget about the reality test. I’ll try the sky thing, thanks for the tip.

How many conscious reality checks would you intentially instigate for yourself a day ?
