Falcon 9 is launching Inspiration4, the first all-private crewed mission to orbit. The five-hour launch window opens at 8:02 p.m. Eastern (00:02 UTC) from LC-39A, Kennedy Space Center, Florida. The mission is a fundraiser for St. Judes Children's Research Hospital. In the spirit of the mission, NASASpaceflight is running a YouTube fundraiser during our launch livestream.

Watch the Stage 2 Video-Window at 4:29:39-4:29:42. The gases looked like a Bird or something.
Fantastic View. Impressive show.

That was truly spectacular footage. The only thing missing for me was with all the gushing about jellyfish which at least commentator saw for the first time at night there was no explanation of what that phenomena is.

Well, I thought your coverage was miles better than that from SpaceX. Sometimes they are interesting, and of course it's lovely to hear from the crew, but especially getting into the final minutes they just don't know when to be quiet. Then they have a load of people making a racket in the background so it's almost impossible to hear anything from mission control and the crew. Others may think it has its merits, but to me it just drains all the excitement and drama out of the event, makes it like a reality talk show or something. Thank you for that much more listenable and enjoyable coverage, in particular letting us really hear the Falcon's engines!
