This is just the perfect ending, the lemonade stand man presumably got with the corner store woman, and you get to see the ducks family for a moment as the music fades out. And how the last words spoken are the duck's iconic line, "got any grapes?" Also, the music being different just feels very.... final-ish.

This concludes it, the duck was a kind geniune being that brought these two souls together, his legacy, his journey, his purpose, all to waddle to the very next day and after each day, getting threatened, and asking for grapes, he brought joy to two people that just treat him as a nuisance. The duck made the two realize that in the end, that if it werent for that little duck, they would have possibly never found each other, and the three words that fulfilled that journey was "Got any grapes" And they all lived happily ever after.
