What's the argument ? You have standing Federal Law (made by the U.S. Congress) on LEGAL immigration. We have a process known as the Rule of Law. My four grandparents of Blessed Memory were all immigrants, but they didn't storm the border ! They had to wait years in France and Mexico while their documents and sponsorship were verified. They became citizens LEGALLY ! BTW,
none of them took a cent in public assistance -- ever.
