In this episode of Eagle Eats where on the hunt for amazing tacos, who doesn’t love tacos? Where checking out Black Rooster Taqueria. This is a local Taco place located in The Mills 50 area of Orlando. In todays episode where having 4 different tacos which range $3-5. We’ve got The Achiote Pork ($3.75)-
Pork shoulder slow roasted in banana leaf, picked onion, cilantro, habanero salsa, the Black Rooster Asada ($4.50)- Seared beef, apple wood smoked bacon, Oaxaca cheese, pickled chile poblano, The Chicken Tinga($3.50) -Pulled roasted chicken, chile chipotle-tomato sauce, lettuce, crema fresca, and lastly the Pork Fat*($3.50)-Fried deliciousness, tomatillo-avocado salsa, shaved onion, radish, cilantro, and to wash it all down wee got the refreshing Michelada ($4) which is local tomatoes, habanero, Lime, served on ice with salt and pepper around the rim. Its a Bloody Mary with beer instead of vodka. As somebody who lov3es a good Bloody Mary this drink was amazing. So if your in Orlando and want some yummy tacos then check them out.
