when you drop an automotive icon like the V8 you shouldn't be surprised when the country that designed that icon stops
buying your products.

I would go get a new Ram 1500. But it doesn’t have a dipstick and I don’t trust a company known to have electric issues to tell me my oil level is good.

Who wants an electric Charger? Turns out nobody.

I have a friend who runs a large stellantis dealer. He’s been in the car biz 30+ years. Says it’s the worst he’s ever seen. He also says that they can’t get buyers financing. A big chunk of their sales are buyers with less than optimal credit and even with 8 year loans, at the high rates and prices, the buyers don’t qualify for financing. Not to mention a lot of said buyers are repeat stellantis buyers that bought one during the peak after covid and they’re upside down big time on the car they’re trading in.

So why don't they drop their prices instead of layoffs or closing, selling

Serves the right for their planned redundancy policies and their habit of putting the stockmarket above the costumers.

I think the new chargers look cool but if I was going to buy a electric car it'd probably made by Toyota or Nissan one of the other car brands. Those new Prius look cool too. Lot better than those first boxey year's then came out with.

Sales manager told me 6 months ago sales will skyrocket with 15 to 20% discounts.
When ???

They need to put me in charge of design. At this point there’s no way it’d be worse.

Because everything they build is trash.

I remember when I asked a RAM dealer what his best price was and he laughed at me. That truck is still on the lot 2 months later and it’s been there for a year already

When a car company is publicly traded they do stupid things especially in today's world

I picked up a brand new 2024 Ram for $23, 000 off msrp a month ago. They're definitely desperate to make those sales 😂 perfect chance to snag a final year of the 5.7

The alarming fact is that they have more than 27% decline in product, of course sales are way down. Too bad Tavardes didn't have even average intelligence to pull product when they had replacements ready.

Well luckily the new charger is getting restructured strut towers to accommodate a hemi

With gas prices coming down gas gusher brands will see big light and Stellantis will recover more than double every penny they lost in 2024. If you are into stocks, it might be smart to get a handful of STLA while it is still cheap!

0 surprises. No reason to buy them over others and plenty of reasons not to.
