okay but she's an underrated actress, she needs a drama on her own

i don't hate soojin, because she is the reality of many young people today, soojin is just a needy girl. i think she doesn't really like suho, she just felt affection, something her father didn't give her.

the reason why some people don't really hate her is probably because she's written in a way that's so.. human? like we're so used to characters that can be easily categorized as "good" and "bad" but she, on the other hand, is in-between as most people are in real life.

Soojin is my favorite character in true beauty. She was so complexed and relatable that it made me drawn to her. Jugyeong was very relatable too, but Soojin showed something more raw in my opinion. I don’t agree with what she did to Jugyeong, but I could sympathize with her. She felt like the most human character in the show.

Her character reminds us that there is always a needy, selfish part of us. Rather than for us to “hate” her, she’s also someone that we can relate to deep down.

Lots of people hates soojin but i still like her, she wants everything to come her way because her dad raised her that way they abused her to be always number 1 and shit

its sadder because suho was the only who saved soojin.

Su Jin taught us:
"People can understand your feelings but not the pain"
"Sometimes, it's hard to leave the things that isn't ours"
"If you understand the villian, it seems better than the hero"

Kang Soojin is actually one of the more *real* characters I've seen in kdramas. Like hurting people when you are hurting inside and having that either lose or win mentality due the environment you live in, these are things I've experienced but don't see much in kdramas. I'm grateful to the writers for writing her as such a grey character

I like her, I don’t agree with her taking her jealousy and anger out Ju Kyung but shes so misunderstood

“Children love the heroes, but the more we grow into an adult, the more we understand the villain”

-a youtube comment I saw earlier and thought would fit this context

Soojin represents the teens of today. We are always expected to bring good results back home. We go insane, face extreme mental unstability, but those things don't matter as long as there are likeable scores on our report cards.

Every girl will fall for a guy who understands her and save her when nobody else does. Being handsome is just the bonus

I literally ship every character in this drama with one another

I love her character. She never wanted to be the antagonist, she was always such a great friend. Most watchers might think that she’s being mean over a stupid boy but in all honesty, he’s her anchor. In a way, he’s the main reason she could hold on. As cheesy as it might sound.

Soojin is a great friend to Jukyung. She protected her natural face and even fought people for her. Jealousy and her toxic family ruined her, but I'm glad she came back to her senses later. That's character development people!

I want to give Soojin a hug. She’s going though so much that she in a way “can’t”afford to be nice. It’s heart breaking.
