Hello Dr. I'm Dr. Praseed Paul from Kerala.Sir a small request . I have tried this technique seeing it from an endodontist. But the problem is that, in low vault palate with sensor parallel to cone and with high angulation zygoma comes in between making it difficult to visualise the root tips properly especially in upper second molar. Sometimes i place sensor vertically to get root tips completely. Sometimes i give a slight distal angulation from a point drawn from corner of eye to ala tragus line as point of penetration. Most of the time there is problem with root tip not getting completely.If u don't mind can u explain it properly without error how to take this kind of perfect xray everytime without error.Expecting a reply soon from u Dr. Thank you.
