A big part of why Milos is our favorite Island in the Mediterranean is how friendly and sweet the stray cats are here. They greet you everywhere you go and are very affectionate. In this video we hunt for kitties open to affection, and inadvertently hit the jackpot!

We also can't help but notice the kindness the people of Milos show these animals. You'll see bowls of water and food everywhere you go. They love their cats and the cats love them back and it really shows.

Cats, yes, Greece is full of them. Most are not owned by anybody. They are small and thin and often sick or injured. Many are young, kittens producing more kittens. . They don't get very old. No vets on Greece?
