TITLE: "THE RIVER RUNS DRY"...
The history of the story started way back in the 18th Century when bloody wars were fought over the lands of the Earth, a time in history that many in the 20th Century had never studied nor knew the background of. By the 19th Century the wars were settled, & there was a Peace Treaty written by the Mother Land giving a small Realm of 25 properties which housed 25 puppy dogs to an Occupier of the Realm. In the 19th Century Peace Treaty, 5 of the Territorial Properties housing 5 of the Mother's puppy dogs were adopted by the Occupier in good faith of the Peace Treaty as so long as the Occupier remained neutral, bound by the Terms of the Peace Treaty. The Mother even supplied endless amounts of running water to all of the Realm. Then in the late 19th Century, the heads of the Realm decided it wanted to be Independant of the Mother. Not thinking anything of it, the Mother did not put up a case in front of the High Courts reminding the courts of the Peace Treaty terms, that Independance would break the Peace Treaty, voiding out the terms. Later into history in the 20th Century, the heads of the Independant Realm began to become abusive & greedily corrupt, treating most of the puppies poorly, especially the 5 puppies that belonged to the Mother. The heads placed Dams limiting how much water the properties would receive. One of the puppies complained to the Mother that it was being horribly abused, hardly receiving any water even, and wanted to come back into the care of the Mother. Of course, any Mother that loves its child will do everything it can to help it & brought the puppy back into the original family in the year 2014. The heads of the Realm were outraged, and completely blocked the Dam that the water flowed to the puppy. Then turned off all utilities to the property. The Mother did everything she could to provide for the puppy for eight years, travelled far to bring the puppy water & supplies. She didn't want water to be cut off from the other four puppies either, so she didn't immediately take control of the properties & puppies as she was having a very difficult time to provide for the one puppy already. Meanwhile, the heads of the Realm were greedily endulging with the vast supply of water flowing from the Mother Land provided to them for free, growing mass amounts of agriculture, bragging about how the Realm feeds the World. In 2019, the heads (a pack of ferocious over-sized wolves) brought into power an adorable show dog that was very popular to act on its behalf. 8 years had past of the Mother struggling to provide & as it got to the point that... "The River Runs Dry, " that the puppy would DIE of thirst, the Mother had no other choice but to defend her puppy that would die otherwise. That water belonged to her! She was very generous with the water that she provided to the Realm. Yet, she was facing a drought, unable to provide anymore water nor to grow any agriculture, and did what any mother who loves its child would do. Come the year 2022, she blew up the Dam that blocked HER water from her puppy. She needed to take back the 5 Territorial Properties that housed her 5 puppies & make sure her water could be supplied to her puppies. She launched a full force attack against the abusive show dog & his pack of ferocious wolves. She needed to make sure she could protect her 5 Territorial Properties & 5 puppies in order to provide water & supplies for them. Meanwhile, the attack damaged many of the 25 properties & killed some of the puppies in the Realm. Lots of the other puppies ran out of the Realm into other Realms beyond the borders. The other Realms could not believe what was happening, that these poor cute puppies had to escape a war zone. Then the adorable show dog presented to all of Earth that its properties were being destroyed & how terribly its puppies were being treated. The abuser became the abused claiming the attack was unprovoked, that the Mother was the abuser. While babysitting the other puppies, the other Realms saw the damage that was being done to the properties of the puppies, & decided to provide humanitarian support & war supplies to defend that Realm of the abuser & his pack of wolves, not knowing the true circumstances of the situation, ignorant to what the Mother & her puppies had to endure at the hands of the show dog & his wolves. Now that the abuser has acquired all this war equipment & even convinced many of the other realms to join in the fight against the Mother, the show dog presents his further abuse & blows up the bridge that provided a means to bring much needed water & supplies to the first Territory that came back into the hands of the Mother Land. In defense of the puppy, the Mother launched another full force attack onto the Realm. The other Realms that has been providing help to the abuser again only saw the damage to the properties of the other puppies. The abuser manipulated the other Realms into giving him what he needed to abuse the puppy more while the abuser laughed knowing it would starve the land of the puppy. Meanwhile, the Mother sends lots of her poor little puppies from the Mother Land to fight the battle up against a bunch of over-sized professionally trained assassin dogs that the abuser convinced to join up with him. Her other puppies pray for help, but no one hears, no one studies the background of the history of the land, no one paid any attention to why the war truly started, not even the other Realms that relied on the Mother Land for affordable amenities as Winter approaches. In a quest to understand why this tragedy was happening, I (the Wise Wizard) studied the entire history of the land and found out the reason, the truth. Plus, if the five puppies & their 5 Territorial properties fall back into the hands of the abusers, the show dog & his pack of wolves, the puppies will not only continue to be abused, but this time they will die. The Mother can not allow that! The abuser wants those 5 properties & will fight to the death to get them, unless the other Realms puts their foot down to intervene, to insist on a complete Cease Fire, that a Peace Settlement be presented to the High Courts, to be drawn in writing. The show dog is an abuser & has stated that he will not agree to a Peace Settlement unless he gets back the 5 puppies & properties. My goal is to present the Mother's Case to the High Courts, find a reasonable solution to end the War, & present a Peace Settlement. The Peace Settlement should be that the abuser (who eventually will be voted out by his own puppies who were already unhappy with his treatment) & his wolves keep the other 80% of the Realm (20 of his own puppies & properties) while the Mother gets to keep her own 5 Territories (20% of the Realm), since the original Peace Treaty was voided when the Realm broke it by becoming Independant, resisting neutrality, & that the water that flows from the Mother Land, generously shared to the Realm by the Mother must not be blocked to her 5 Territories, that the Realm does not damage her 5 Territories nor bridge (ever again), and that the Realm does not enter her 5 Territories, that no Dam shall block her water to the 5 Territories, and that if the Realm ever blocks her water flowing from the Mother Land through the Realm to her 5 Territories, she has the right to build Dams of her own blocking the entire flow of the Rivers from the Mother Land from entering the Realm, the right to reroute her water to reach her Territories & not share it with the Realm (if ever blocked again). Does the World want this war to continue or for peace? To all the other Realms: take heed as this will end the War! In this story, "The River Runs Dry, " the mother is Russia, the five puppies of the mother are Crimea & the four Territories (Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, & Zaporizhzhia), the Realm is Ukraine, the show dog is Zelensky, the ferocious wolves are Zelensky's over-sized political force, the other 20 puppies are the people of Ukraine (many of which flocked into border countries for refuge from the war), the water ways are mentioned below, & I'm the magical Wise Wizard that is trying to explain the extent of the war in order to come up with solutions to draft a Peace Settlement. The other Realms are all countries that provided support to Ukrainian Refugees & war equipment to Ukraine without knowing that the war was provoked by Ukraine which was blocking water to millions of people in Crimea & the abusing of the 4 Territories, treated poorly.
As previously mentioned, the abuse of the 5 Territories are a matter for the High Courts, in the manner of a formal transfer by way of a Peace Settlement that must be documented in writing. If a puppy is abused almost to death by its owner who only adopted it and had broken the agreement of the adoption, the puppy should be given back to the birth Mother who has shown she went out of her way to care for the puppy. Her other four puppies should also be given back to her, along with the properties of the puppies, and her water supply should never be blocked again, as mentioned above.
Written in the Peace Settlement it must state that if Ukraine ever cuts off the water to Crimea ever again, Russia shall have the right to build Dams blocking water from the Dnieper (Dnipro) River + Pripyat River, Donets River, & Seym (Desna) River that flow from Russia & Belarus into Ukraine. In fact, if Ukraine refuses on this Peace Settlement, it is highly suggested that Russia & Belarus build the Dams to cut water off to Ukraine as a war sanction on Ukraine to give Ukraine a taste of what abuse Ukraine did to Crimea, the 4 other Territories, & Mother Russia. Millions of people in Crimea were going to die of thirst & lack of agriculture, because Ukraine blocked the Dam of water from Mother Russia's Dnieper (Dnipro) River that Russia provided water to all of Ukraine.
