Why is it when I save a vr video, the objects that are further away are doubled and its making me dizzy. It happens when I'm trying to view in 3d

When I export my Insta360 One R footage, which isn't 360 degree footage it scales in massively. I don't know why. On the timeline preview, it looks perfectly fine and when I go to render window it shows perfectly fine as well but it only goes weird once it's been exported. I feel like I've missed something, maybe I had to go through the Insta software and export it out first?

Hi, I am using all the settings as you mentioned. But the exported file doesnt come out correct. It doesnt play in gopro VR player and i get error msg Unsupported codec (Audio or video). Please help

Hello. Do you know how to export VR video like square video? Because settings of your tutorial is in 16:9 . I tried to do that in "sequence", but it doesn't work as I was expecting.
