sett feels like one of the few champs where you can get the full use of bone plating early, he just cant snipe it except for a 0 grit W.

bone plating is so good into sett becuase his trade combo is litearlly e q q, or e auto auto, so your bone plating blocks all of it

normally you take Bone Plating into champs who have no reasonable poke and are pretty all-iny. Champions like Sylas, Jax, Riven, Irelia, Darius and etc. are pretty good ones to consider taking Bone Plating into. However, shit like Fiora, Yorick, Camille, Sion, and Illaoi are some examples where the regen will benefit you more along with the obvious ranged top abusers. You can go either into Ryze since he spams so much that the regen isn't as good but he presses buttons so frequently that mitigating just a tad bit might be beneficial for you.
