UN chief warns of 'point of no return' on climate change

World leaders gathering in Spain for climate talks are being warned that the world is fast approaching the "point of no return".
UN Chief Antonio Guterres also says efforts so far to stop global warming have been "utterly inadequate".
With the COP25 talks about to begin in Madrid, Al Jazeera's Mereana Hond looks at what has stood in the way of action so far.
