New Ambient Lights! 2022 Lexus NX Night Review & Drive

The 2022 Lexus NX gets redesigned for this year which includes a host of updates including all new multi-color ambient lighting for the 2022 NX.

The interior is completely difference, it still offers triple beam LED headlights, and the interior/exterior lighting looks great. To my surprise the headlights aren't swivel adaptive like before, at least not yet.

I had very high expectations for the NX’s lights. Those expectations have been met. The only exception is the adaptive headlight feature. There is no side to side rotation… but they illuminate such a wide path that it might not be missed.
I am not sure I understand the auto leveling feature. Is that only when towing? Because when going over small hills in the road, the light did not seem to stay at the horizon line.
The new NX looks like a good choice for me if I can afford it.

Does it have lights in the door, which shine on the street, when you open the door? Like those lights some cars have with a manufacturer’s logo?

I really like the car. Only downside is still the not fully digital dashboard screen. All cars of this price range should have a full digital dashboard, I think. The new Toyota’s do.
