Lots of Chinese Medicine concepts are spoken of in Yin Yoga classes.

Often you will hear Yin Yoga teachers speaking about meridians in the body and may have created a whole series of postures to explore a particular meridian.

A Chinese medicine practitioner uses these meridians when applying acupuncture to a patient during treatment.
