Ingredients:
1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tsp Cornstarch
Kosher Salt and freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter
4 cloves Garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup Honey
3 tbsp Chicken Stock
1 or 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sriracha
1 tsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes, for garnish
1 tbsp chopped fresh Parsley, for garnish

This is fantastic. You might not be aware of this but your recipe for the chicken bites is 100% allergen free from the main 6 being, soy, wheat/gluten, seafood, egg, dairy, nuts. All ingredients have an allergen free version that exist to make this.

This is a very good dish to serve to anyone with chronic diseases such as EOE, chronic Gerd or any other allergenic diseases.

Thank AB. A great and easy throw together weeknight meal. Add some red pepper, bok choy, sesame seeds, and broccoli sprouts to round it out. I appreciate you thinking on cleaning as you go.
