Research tells us that the right exercises can help with various different symptoms, including balance, fatigue, memory, spasm and even bladder problems. So we've worked with neurophysiotherapist Rachel to create a series of videos tailored to symptoms you've told us you need help with most. You can do them anywhere - even while waiting for the kettle to boil!

Thank you for taking the time to do this excellent video. I have RRMS too and one of the hardest symptoms for people to understand is this and however hard I try and explain only a small percentage of people really understand how hard it is when you have an invisible symptom. I hide my symptoms quite well and I look relatively "normal" apart from the drunken walk sometimes and I think people just think I'm just a very scatty and clueless person. Im lucky I dont currently use a walking aid and the suprapubic catheter and leg bag I unfortunately have to have/wear now is relatively well hidden under clothes (as long as I don't wear my skinny jeans!! :( )
Reluctantly I had to give up my job in finance because I was getting so confused all the time and just couldnt make it work despite 2 years of trying with a very supportive boss who was also a good friend. In the end I sadly resigned because I felt I was not able to provide the level of skill required. I have a Management Science degree and am only 41 but I just get so muddled with the simplest of my day to day task of just being a mum of two (10 &14) etc that I cant see me ever being able to work again. Its frustrating when people ask if I work and then think I'm lucky to be a stay at home mum. Im obviously grateful to my hard working husband for supporting the family but my pride wishes I could work and my old brain would come back.
Thank you for the tips but my current problem is I have too many lists and cant help but overcomplicate everything. I am desperately trying to simplify my system but just get to confused and go around in circles. I currently have 20 lists and have started computerised apps, note books etc but have overloaded my brain and with todays fastpaced life I am totally overwhelmed and literally walk around in a daze as my memory is so short. I have an apt with a neuropsycologist soon so i desperately hope they can help me put into practice what I already know!!!
I try and stay positive and practice gratitude for what I do have and its only thing that gets me through the day!!
:)
