2024 Cadillac Escalade EXT - New Generation of SUT Pick Up Truck 2023 in Our Render

Let's take a look at the Cadillac Escalade EXT pick-up truck 2024 model year in our fresh renderings based on the 2023 Escalade ESV or 2024 facelift we illustrated recently.

If we talk about full-size pick-up trucks, we are starting to forget about SUT - sport utility trucks. For the US market, there were 4 models in the past.
- Chevrolet Avalanche with two generations was produced from 2001 till 2013;
- Lincoln Blackwood, which was produced only in 2002 and in 2003 years;
- Lincoln Mark LT as a successor for Blackwood model went on sale in January 2005 and was cancelled in 2016;
- and of course Cadillac Escalade EXT, as a luxury twin of Chevrolet Avalanche and the main competitor for Lincoln Blackwood and then for Mark LT.

The 1st generation of Escalade EXT was produced from 2002 till 2006 and next 2nd generation went on sale from 2007 and after its sales were down it was fully discontinued in 2013.

That last EXT design was based on the 3rd generation Escalade SUV, but there have been already presented 4th and even 5th Escalade. Maybe it's time to try the pick-up truck model for the current generation?

There is no official information about this yet, but if it happens it could receive front-end from existing design or after the facelift which is expected in 2023 or 2024. Also there is a good chance to make this truck as all-electric to compete with F-150 Lightning, RAM EV, Chevrolet Silverado EV or GMC Sierra EV.

We have spent some time and illustrated how the new truck 2024 or 2025 model year could look with current design and with V-series trim. Please let us know it makes sense.

Well the new Silverado EV is basically an Avalanche, so why not slap a Caddy front end on it.
