I’m a dime 3 user, I bought these for gym as I hated listening to the gym music during my workouts so these were perfect as they were loud and blocked outside noise unlike my AirPods. A month or so in using these wireless earbuds are no longer as loud as they use to be. If anyone’s gone through Apple AirPods you know what I mean by when they lose the loudness. Now if I’m travelling in a car or sometimes walking in busy places with noise you can barely hear what you’re listening to.

I’m a Dime 3 user, and I think everyone needs to know this.
1. Stay-aware mode is a bit janky, you need both earphones to be on for the mode to work.
2. An easier way of turning on stay-aware is to click once and hold until it turns on. Worked all the time with this method. Hopes this helped new users!

I have a complaint: When connecting the earbuds, bluetooth shows 2 DIME 3 connections, even if both are connected, only one plays audio, when you pause the video with one earbud and play it again, it plays on the earbud you press. I’m not saying the quality is bad but this connecting is ridiculous as it only should have one connection on the bluetooth section. Unless these are only meant for android, I’m dissatisfied, please give me advice on how to make them both play on both earbuds.

I actually had the dime 3. They were good quality, only issue I had was that they didn’t fit my ear because my ears are weird. But I would recommend them

am i the only one whose right bud just stopped connecting? i tried the re sync thing, but the left one just goes into pairing mode after a while and the right one i stuck in resync mode.

I had these go through the damn wash and they still work perfectly. The charge lasts forever, the case charges insanely fast and I can rotate it while listening to music and on a call. Only issue is I keep getting washed out sound on my music or game content when on a discord call on my computer. Any fix?

i recently got a dime 3 and suddenly my left ear piece is louder than the right one. It was working just fine till yesterday. I tried factory reset 2 times but didn't worked out. There are no debris in the ear piece. Can anyone suggest a remedy if you know this issue?

Why can I only hear from one bud at a time not both? I can toggle to which side I want on but not simultaneously.
