Im excited to implement the quarterly meetings and reviews. Really taking the time to reflect on whats been done and express gratitude and then have a clear picture of what I want to implement moving forward. I am a team of one and its so easy to just go day by day trying to stay afloat (seemingly) and lose sight of goals visions and plans.

After you've written down your 3 year plan, do you write all three 1 year plans at once? Or just the 1 year up ahead?

Dan thanks for the advice. In corp world sometimes I felt there are just too many meetings and if a right balance is not followed it could be a hindrance to productivity.

I would appreciate your thoughts on whether in-person group stand is better or a group check-in using a tool/app.
