The reason they changed it was because the Korean Health and Medical Worker's Union raised concerns about it because the nurses outfit in the video is not what a nurses outfit actually looks like and the went on to say they “strictly opposes sexual gratification of women and nurses”. Now it may not look sexual to you, it certainly doesn't to me, but there people out there that sexualizes nurse outfits like that and will sexualize nurses in general, so there are stupid people out there who will sexually harass nurses, which is absolutely horrible. Please if anybody sexualizes nurses, tell them to stop. They work extremely hard every single day for us, so be respectful and don't sexualize them. Disclaimer I'm not trying to say that YGE or Jennie are sexualizing nurses, I'm just saying people sexualize that type of outfit. By the way the only reason she wore the outfit in the first place was to express the song more, don't give YGE or Blackpink hate because of it.
