I have been trying some very complicated techniques without the look I wanted. Your video was exactly the look I wanted. I especially like the way you suggested spraying the patina in stages to customize the color to the piece.
The whole process was simple, straightforward and produced beautiful results. Thank you!

I watched a bunch of terrible videos on how to do patinas before I found this. Elegant, simple technique ... I never would have thought of using a little spray bottle like that. Thank you! :)

Really liked the video and music! You are an artist, so song and craft go together so well! I liked that it was short and informative without a lot of wasted time. I see a lot of uses for this very realistic replication of patina. Keep the good work going....

I've watched a few of your patina videos and this is exactly the look I'm after, so thanks.

Great tutorial! Looks very realistic! Since I'm make my my plaque out of 1/2" carved foam I'll have to brush coat the black and make sure I get good coverage so I don't have any issue with the spray eating the foam.

This is the most natural method I've seen so far. I want to try it on an old aluminium bucket but wondered if the paints would run with it not being able to be laid flat as this is.

I plan on using this technique for a poly ceiling medallion for my oil rubbed bronze ceiling fan. And for a mid-sized poly sculpture.

Great Video! I'm going to try this on some wrought iron and metal pieces for outdoors. Can you please list the materials/colors/brands you use in the "Show More" space? I had to go back a couple of times to make sure I got it down. Thank you so much! And by the way... I found this looking for patina effects but also starting my first resin projects next week. I'm going to look at your other videos to see if I can find out if you buy or make your molds.
