What helped me to open up my awareness was just learning to not think and to drop the mind completely becoming very aware of myself and just being not worrying about anything just being all worry all the suffering. Such wisdom Aaron. I am in a 26 yr relationship where I began my awakening process years back. So many times I was like, we are speaking an entirely different language. We dont even share the same interests anymore. I could just walk but my ego quickly got checked by the higher self/spirit saying "or you could stay and hold the light for your friend inviting him to a much easier path". Every Master offers an invitation never a demand to spiritual evolution. We have to remove the distorted belief system that the other is here to complete us somehow or make us happy. Only our connection to the Divine Source can do that. ❤

I just want to say thank you Aron abke, im a mess, i went into a very dark place and had no way out, i prayed for help and instantly stumbled across your channel, every time i get stuck on something i seem to click the video in front of me and its a lesson, on exactly whats been bugging me, ive got a long road ahead but now i just know its the right one, i physically feel love pouring from my heart when i meditate on God, ive been fearful and guiltily of many things, ive got a dark past and always drag my consciousness back there without clicking on sometimes for days sometimes months, ive been clattering around between the bible and "new age" stuff but since ive been learning about Jesus's teachings and yours Aron, everything is changing and rapidly. I no longer let the shadows of my past drag me back, my consciousness spots the threat streight away, im able to stop the switch before its flicked, thank you so much, i see now how all are one, everything is one, from a work in progress 💙thank you.
