Ahhh, I couldn't find it in the Fed R Civ Pro because, as you say, there is no express rule for reconsideration. Thank you, sir!

I'm gonna have to read Rule 59 and see what it says. I need reconsideration on a denied motion for default. Thanks for the video education.

The title of the motion does not initiate procedures it simply states the purpose and for whom. This motion is for the judge. The judge initiated procedure. Any title generalizes or simplifies purpose. The title is needed for the judges directional understanding.

Some months ago, I asked you If I could subtitle your videos. I got no response. After that time, YouTube sent me a notice that you asked for the video I subtitled to be removed from my list. But the thing I wanted is to make your channel known, and at the same time, share my skills as a lawyer and Brazilian legal translator, once I m not making money on your videos, they are not monetized. So I hope we could enter into an agreement about it. What do you say?
