Jaye Jayle is the solo project of Evan Patterson from Louisville, Kentucky. Patterson has never shied from changing up his sound over his many projects and collaborations. Best known for his heavier band Young Widows, Evan found himself in the New Mexico desert a few years ago and started pursuing a pared-back, bluesier approach to his songwriting, and Jaye Jayle was born. While still exploring the darker side of life, these songs hint at the light at the end of the tunnel.
