Introduction to Cisco Cloud Collaboration (Lesson 1)

Показать описание
This is a free course on Webex / hybrid integrations. The course is taught by by Jason Ball, author of Cisco’s official certification guide for the new Collaboration CORE exam CLCOR. This particular lesson (Lesson 1) focuses specifically on Cisco's Cloud Collaboration solution. This course would be excellent if you wanted to prepare for CLCEI-- Implementing Cisco Cloud and Edge Solutions, which is one of the new concentrations in collaboration. However, keep in mind that this course doesn’t go into very much detail regarding the on-prem infrastructure side of things. Even if you’re not necessarily interested in this specific concentration, webex has become a really important part of the Collaboration space, and this is a really great learning opportunity considering the dearth of training available in the Webex space.

Question: You mentioned that in Cisco CUCM cloud we don't have access to OS admin and serviceablity. Then how could we troubleshoot issue via CLI and RTMT tool, collect traces, CDR. etc. If we don't have access to these tool will the UC troubleshooting will be taken care by Cisco ?

Disregard my comment on requesting Webex service training. I see you already have an excellent course on that subject here. :) Thanks for the great content!

Great info, wondering if there is a playbook or plan by which we can regulate updates eg. If we as an enterprise are currently running webex teams v 40.10, we dont want teams to to to the auto update for very user as soon as it becomes available. Can we obtain like an msi for windows bench test it test rollout for some pilot teams and then do a general release post work hours. Most importantly can we reverse it in case of any undesired eventuality

Regarding the hybrid connector for director and calendar. What if you're a multi tenant. 1 cucm cluster of different customer. Do you deploy connectorss for each customer? How would I limit them from looking up other users from different organization?

Great Videos! I like hands on approach learning, I noticed there's not much option for Cisco Video / Webex training. Is there way to setup something in the home lab (for WebEx Hybrid solution, similar like cucm with trial period ? Any recommendation where to start practice. Thanks
