I work in a public school. We were just told that we are required to comply with the new Title IX changes (its now federally considered harassment if we refuse to call students by their preferred pronouns). I went directly to administration and let them know I will not comply and to get ready to write me up if the situation arrises. We HAVE to speak up and speak out.

It's not about what the theist says in public. Indeed, it's about what he _doesn't_ say. He's unconsciously selective about facts. Why? Because not all facts are convenient for him, that's why. Thus, he's not transparent in the way that would require that he draw everyone's attention to those facts that are inconvenient.
Let him demonstrate that in public and he will be one up on the atheist, who is guilty of the same lack of a total transparency.
