OneTrust Cookie Consent

As a user and developer, you sure have come across cookie consent. #Cookie consent was designed to protect the online privacy of users by making them aware of how information about them is collected by the website.

There is a major step you are missing. You have the first part configured, however, you are not showing whether or not a user's preference to block, for example, advertising cookies actually stops the cookies for dropping on a user's banner. Just having the option to opt in or opt out does not mean it is functional.

Thank you so much for sharing the cookie consent implementation. It seems onetrust manages to put implementation related contents to their own B2B partner sharing or certification trainings. It's invaluable for both video playback and the GTM configuration.

I still confused about how onestrust script works. how does it block a cookie set by a http respone?

How does this work? If you have GTM and load scripts via GTM. Will it still cover everything for you?
