Strange creature caught on security camera

At 23:53:33 which is 11:53 and 33 seconds at night you can see a very strange thing fly away. Pause it if you can and or blow up this video and watch slowly frame by frame. Also in back ground, top left you can see a light slowly come down from sky and seem to blend in with telephone pole light. My home is extremely active with paranormal activity. It follows me and I can surely do with out. Any advice would be truly appreciated. I’ve seen this thing land in my backyard several times, it’s about 12-16 inches long and looks more like something you’d find in the ocean rather then flying in a neighborhood.
