So my E46 330xi is no longer my daily, do you think its worth it to make more serious efforts to make this an autocross/track car or should I stick with chill-er rally stuff as I have been doing?

kudos for personal best. you're still not on giving it full beans but it will come with time when you gain confidence in new setup or when you tweak it a bit to your liking. i have just one remark: try to mount mobile phone for timing laps on dashboard (a bit lower) because this position is blocking a view of a track. Keep up the good work.

Suspension is worth more then car. I like it. My e30 m52b28 "only" has D2 Track suspension.
How much camber are running on the front?
