XLOOKUP - 2 way look up (ADVANCED EXCEL)

This is another video about 2 way look up. Check out the others they are awesome too!!!
In this case I am using two XLOOKUPs nested together to return a value within the table by selecting
specific cells.
1st XLOOKUP as look up value
2nd XLOOKUP as return array

It will create a dynamic dimension in which, if another column is added, the function will be capable of picking the new column.
Using this method, you will be able to prevent the problem where the location of your column on your date set may change over time, or where a new column is added
