Issue with CS:CO 1.1d

Here's a strange issue that happens on my classic offensive server after I updated to version 1.1d. From what I have observed it seems that bots will teleport to the center of the map when they see an enemy. This happens on every map since the update.

I tried to install CSCO to my source mods but it doesn't work.
I have restarted steam, I have followed the directions correctly, and it doesn't work.
Halp?
I even tried older versions of the download
