I had an amazing conversation with Rahul Rohera who started his career with a very low salary as a Quality Analyst at Meditab Software India Pvt Ltd and then went onto to work as an Automation Engineer at different organizations and is currently working as a Senior QA Engineer at Emids at a good salary .

Hi Ajay, I would like to clear your doubt @ 24:10. The thing when a developer tests, he is testing let's say individual elements/ components. Yes sure you also do integration but still it's not what a tester does.
We as testers make sure the functionality is working according to a user perspective.
For example, if you have let's say a test to login page and you test that ok I am able to enter data into available fields and click login but a tester will make sure that you are entering the correct data or the format which is acceptable, you are directed to the correct resource and not elsewhere, maybe even record the performance. So things things go deep when a tester performs testing as oppose to a developer.

Hi bhaiya, I joined one MNC in june 2022 as fresher from campus placement form non it background. I watched this video in Jan 2024. Most of the mnc don't have projects or if they have then also they hired many fresher in 2022 period. In last 1.6 years of my journey i hardly work on 2 projects with 12 months experience as billing resource. Now the things are changes... Company don't have much projects, no opening in market as fresher or even till up to 2 years of experience. Currently I also working in healthcare domain as automation tester😅😅 ... recently got one automation project. Please make one video on fresher who is working inside the big organization and struggling for projects and survival in IT industry.

Try to get in touch with a person who came from testing background but now they are in development. And also as them to tell about the course and path that they have followed it might help others.

Also try to see if someone is in abroad to get idea how a person can try outside India as well apart from onsite opportunity from the current companies. How much education will impact your salary and position in a MNC.
