Saw another interview with Seb where he said that he saw Verstappen do something on track (think it was a section of corners) and he thought to himself that he didn't think he could do that.
That is some compliment coming from one of F1's greats.

Max also surprised me the most of all F1 drivers. I would never believe SUCH an improvement was possible (especially with Max's stubborn attitude that made him make similar mistakes over and over again in 2016). I understand many people cannot see the insane difference between the 2016 Max and the 2022-2024 Max. But trust me, there has never been any F1 driver who improved as much. And I am very happy with Max's conduct since the start of 2022. Glad Seb sees the unbelievably hard work Max has done.
